Lorika is operated by Chill Play Games LTD, Angel Dimitrov str. 38, office 5, 8016 Burgas, Bulgaria, VAT BG206618799. The company provides the service and is the seller of the products offered through Lorika. Contact: [email protected].

You must be at least 18 to create or use an author account. Use an account you are entitled to use, keep sign-in codes private and provide accurate account information. An age statement is self-confirmation, not identity-verified age assurance.

Lorika uses AI to help develop ideas, plans and chapters. Available products also include KIB manuscript analysis, Lorika Translator translation and Marketer preparation of promotional material. The description of the specific task or offer defines what is supplied; advice or promotional drafts do not guarantee publication, readership, sales or commercial success.

You retain your rights in your input. Upload, translate and publish only material you own or have permission to use for those purposes, including any personal information it contains. You are responsible for checking that your use of source material and outputs respects other people's rights.

You give Lorika a limited, nonexclusive permission to store, copy, process and transmit your material to the service providers needed to deliver the functions you request. Translation is performed when requested. Public reading is enabled when you choose to share a book; it permits people with the link to read and copy the approved chapters. Turning sharing off closes future access through that link but cannot remove copies already obtained.

As between you and Lorika, we do not claim ownership of your generated text and permit you to use it to the extent we can grant that permission. This does not create copyright where the law does not recognise it or remove third-party rights. AI output can be inaccurate, resemble other output or lack copyright protection. Review and edit it before relying on or publishing it.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, spam or systematic abuse of access, payment or usage limits. Do not upload or publish copyright-infringing material, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, unlawful threats or other illegal content.

Lawful mature fiction remains subject to the service's available ratings and reader warnings. A mature-reader warning asks readers to confirm their age; it is not a statement that their identity or age has been verified. Publication permission does not authorise unlawful material.

Report a book, an infringement or a restriction you believe is mistaken to [email protected]. Include the exact book URL and location, the reason for your report and enough information to assess it; for a legal notice, include contact details and a good-faith statement that it is accurate and complete, except where law permits anonymous notice. Lorika may restrict or remove unlawful material or suspend abusive access, explain a decision where required and consider a request to review it. Urgent measures may be necessary to protect people or the service.

Purchasing an impulse pack prepays Lorika’s digital service. Impulses are account units used for the paid tasks shown in the product, rather than money or a transferable currency. Purchases are one-off offers, not a subscription merely because you have an account. The introductory counter is separate from purchased impulse balance. The starter allowance is one first-chapter generation plus three author-requested regenerations; an automatic quality retry is part of the same attempt. Cancellation uses the attempt; a model or server failure returns it. Other tasks and purchases follow the price and conditions shown for that operation. This allowance applies only during the starter phase; a purchase in any Lorika product or a request for another paid chapter ends that phase. Further generation uses the price shown before confirmation. Purchased impulses do not expire while your account exists. For allocating paid use to purchases and calculating unused balances, the newest purchased pack is used first, then older purchased packs; team-granted and gift impulses are allocated last. This allocation does not change the separate welcome allowance.

Check the task price and the specific offer before confirming. Writing language can affect book language and prices; it is distinct from interface language and billing country. Checkout currently uses test payments, with no real card money moving. Any real payment must identify the pack or service, currency, total and applicable taxes or charges before the payment obligation is confirmed. Before payment, we explain the withdrawal period and procedure and ask separately whether you want performance of the purchased service to begin immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. By ticking that checkbox, you expressly request this early start and acknowledge that you understand the consequences described in the refund rules below. Before performance begins, we provide a confirmation of your purchase and request in a form you can retain, stating the consent wording shown, Terms version, language, date and time of acceptance.

If a paid task is not delivered because of us, the corresponding charged balance or right is restored; contact us if that restoration is missing. You may withdraw from a prepaid service purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after purchase, subject to any mandatory extension. Where applicable law permits, you lose the right of withdrawal once the purchased service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with your prior express request and your acknowledgement of that consequence. If you expressly requested performance during that period and received the required prior information about withdrawal and proportionate payment, you pay only proportionately for service already provided. The impulse refund is the actual tax-inclusive price paid for the impulse component, including the purchase’s discounts, multiplied by unused purchased impulses divided by impulses granted, rounded to the nearest cent. For an impulse-only pack this is the actual pack price. In a bundle, each unused tool component is refunded at its actual allocated purchase price in full; a provided tool component is not included. Allocated component prices together equal the price actually paid; current list prices are not used. No processing fee or withdrawal penalty is deducted. Submit your withdrawal in Settings → Purchases, or send a clear statement identifying the purchase to [email protected]; the optional form below may be used. The online request fixes the unused amount at request time and removes the reserved impulses from the spendable balance. The team processes the cash return to the original payment method without undue delay and within the applicable statutory reimbursement period; manual processing does not make a valid withdrawal discretionary. Merely crediting impulses or using one impulse does not fully perform the entire prepaid service or waive rights in the unused balance. If the required express request or prior information is missing, no charge for performance during the withdrawal period is payable in the cases required by law; a full refund is made where the law requires it. These rules do not limit mandatory rights, including extended withdrawal periods, full refunds where required, missing required consent, information or confirmation, or remedies for defective or undelivered services.

You may retrieve your content through the available viewing and export functions and request account deletion. If access or service is terminated, mandatory rights concerning content retrieval, unused paid value and remedies remain protected. Liability limitations cannot exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these Terms and give appropriate notice before material changes take effect. Fresh assent is obtained where the change or applicable law requires it; a Privacy Policy notice is not blanket consent to every use of data. Accepted versions remain available as dated records. These Terms are subject to applicable Bulgarian law without removing mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts available under the law of your habitual residence.

These Terms are available in English, Ukrainian and Spanish. If versions differ, the English version prevails only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Required local-language information and any consumer-favourable interpretation required by law remain protected.

Appendix: model withdrawal form. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw. You may also use the online withdrawal function or any clear statement.
